You earn points equal to 4% of your purchase amount (excluding shipping costs). Your experience (EXP) is based on the total amount of your purchases, and you receive 1 gem for each order placed.

You can use points to purchase items if you have enough accumulated. Experience (EXP) helps level up your character, unlocking benefits such as discounts. Gems are valuable and may offer special advantages, although their specific uses are still being determined.

We do not offer the option to pay using a combination of points and money. If your points do not cover the full subtotal of your order, the “Pay with Points” option will not be displayed.

Points, experience (EXP), and gems will be released only after your order is marked as completed. Once the order is successfully processed and finalized, your rewards will be credited to your account.

Unfortunately, points and gems are non-transferable and can only be used within your own account.
